This is my all time favourite mantra. 

Instead of worrying incessantly & attracting negative thoughts it is best to chant this mantra since it cleanses your heart & your mind from all that is unwanted.

While chanting the mantra , chant it at a good speed so that circulation of blood will be faster too.
